The PC version is called Melty Blood. Then an expansion, called Melty Blood: Re-ACT was released. Then there's another expansion to Re-ACT called Final Tuned, which changes somethings in the game. I never really noticed what was changed in Final Tuned though =o never bothered.
And the PS2 version was a port of the arcade game, called Melty Blood: Act Cadenza. The PS2 version consists of 3 new playable characters, Aoko Aozaki, Kishima Kouma and [spoil:3bbf380a54]Neko-Arc Chaos[/spoil:3bbf380a54].
I haven't completed Arcade mode with all 20 characters yet @_@ it's tiring.
And was Melty Blood originally a fan-made game? According to what I've read, it was created by Type-Moon, who created Tsukihime, and French Bread (also known as Watanabe Seisakujo prior to 2003). _________________

I'm not sure what it ment. It says it's a doujin game and I just assumed that ment it was fan made or... well you know not made professionaly like street fighter or something like that. (I mean that street fighter IS made professionaly by capcom)
Also I found a translation patch for the game (or something like that i'm not sure) Here's what I found on wikipedia
For those people who don't understand Japanese, Revolve Translations has been working on translating the games of the Tsukihime universe. As of this writing, the complete script of Melty Blood has been fully translated, scripting and image editing will begin shortly after Tsukihime's english translation patch is released. So far a patch has been made available for Melty Blood that translates the intitial setup screen and main menu into English (it does not, however, translate any of the story-mode dialog).
Here's the link

Well, that patch, as it says right there, only translates the menu. I'm waiting for them to complete translation on the Story. Though I hope it wouldn't take too long, it seems that the translation process has been going on for some time already. _________________

Well I haven't seen the site but they could be feather than you think. You don't really know how dated the info is.
(Unless you DID look at it and that's all they've done then.... well that just sucks Xp ) |
