From tons of companies. Once again, Orange Lounge Radio is friggin' awesome and LOKI brings us tons and tons and tons of news! :D

* Winning 11 Pro Evolution 2007 not an XBOX 360 exclusive. The reason there is no PS3 is because they haven't gotten the final dev kits yet. My rep says it will probably be released on the PS3 as late as May.
* Castlevania Portrait Of Ruin delayed until early December. (This contradicts what we were told at Konami BBQ, but is certianly feasible)
* All the song packs from the ultramix series will be transferable to universe (Loki asked twice to confirm this when he mentioned it, still uncertain about that though. Loki thinks the rep may have been confusing Ultramix 4 with Universe, but still…)
Activision
* Activision says the next Guitar Hero after 2 will be on the XBOX 360.
* Activision says the PS3 online service will not be free. (Rumor?)
Sega
* No charge for online aspect of PSU on XBOX 360. There will be a monthly fee for PS2 and PC users.
* Sonic: Secret Of The Rings for Wii coming Mar. ’07 (not at launch)
* No Full Auto 2 for the XBOX 360 at all. The first one did not sell well so they will not be making a sequel for the XBOX 360.
Lucas Arts:
* Wii Star Wars game in development now but will not be done until late 2007 or early 2008. They want to get it right they said that is why there isn’t anything at launch.
* Next-Gen Star Wars game coming Q4 of 2007
* Next-Gen Indiana Jones game will be launched at the release of the new movie (which is confirmed to be in preproduction)
D3:
* D3’s first next gen game Dark Sector will be coming Fall 2007.
Vivendi:
* Funny bit of trivia: The voice actor for Tony Montana in Scarface is Al Pachino’s driver. Apparently Al Pachino can no longer do Tony’s voice due to his age.
Ubisoft:
* GT will ship with a Steering Wheel add-on for the Wii controller.
* New Prince Of Persia coming for the PSP. It will be based on the Two Thrones game and will feature multiplayer content and new Chariot Races. Working title was just Prince Of Persia at the moment.
Koei:
* Bladestorm: Hundred Year War Q1 2007, not at launch
* Guitaro Man Lives: Online play and new songs.
* New Romance Of The Three Kingdoms for PS2 coming Q1 - Q2 2007.
Microsoft:
* XBOX 360 - NO PRICE DROPS, NO BUNDLES. Infact he mentioned that the Canada office works a bit independent of the US office and that they didn’t know Canada was doing a bundle. Much hate mail was exchanged.
* Gears Of War comes out November 7th. Not street dated. Emergence Day is November 12th. That is when the big advertising push happens, not the release of the game.
* Halo 3 set to come out March or April of 2007. Not Fall 2007.
* The $79.99 vision camera bundle will replace the 12 month Live bundle that is available now.
Atari:
* Alone In The Dark set for mid 2007. They’re not releasing it until it’s perfect. It will be episodic.
* Test Drive: Unlimited will be getting new download packs each month. This is planned so far until June of next year. The 1st two packs will be Lexus cars. No word if these will be free (but he said Lexus paid 250K for the cars to be in the game). The packs will range from FREE - $7.99 (or the Microsoft point equivalent of that) |

As everything reported anywhere on the internet, take it with a grain of salt, but a lot of it sounds very legit, and came from the mouths of sales associates from these companies, so we pass it on to you on the internet to get you pumped up for this exciting holiday season!
OKay. :D Yay Wii. Boo November. Also: The tour dates for the Nintendo FUSION tour have been announced in the latest Nintedo Power. I'll be posting those..sometime tomorrow. XD

Very interesting news. I'll wait and see if this spreads to my other sources. My thoughts so far:
I already knew there was a shortage of blue laser diodes in Sept 2. A delay really would be a good thing for me. I need more time to save up money because of 360/PS3/PS2/DS games. I'll need more than $300 that's for sure.
If Halo is coming out that early, I DEMAND a gameplay vid soon. <_< Really, the only thing that got me into that game was the story. It's actually good compared to other FPS.
Maybe until 2008, hopefully the Wii will be around $150. At that time, I'll have all 3 consoles. 
They should've talked more about the Wii's ability to play games back from NES. I, being one of millions, wants to know how much they'll cost. C'mon, they can't be free. It's just too good to be true.
Interesting thing about Activsion. Some people like myself did wonder if PS3's online would be free. The basic was confirmed to be free but they never mentioned gaming. But a lot of us was informed it would be free.

Here's some new info:
PS3 delayed for Europe. Their launch will be on March 2007. Japan will have 100,000 at launch on Nov 11. The US will have 400,000 at launch on Nov 17. So much for 2 million. :/ That just makes it tougher for me to get my PS3. I was hoping at least 700,000 for the US. Most likely I'll have to do some camping. -_-
HDMI cables not included with PS3. This sucks for me since my HDTV has HDMI. (This is old news BTW)

The only thing I'd really want is the 1GB SD card but it sucks that is costs $60. I don't get it. The 20GB hard drive for XBOX360 only costs $100.
As for the Wii being able to play DVD movies, you have to buy this add on called the Dongle.

Shwha? Am I reading that right? Vergil's the main character? Or do you mean that he's central to the story much like in DMC3?
Looks like Capcom is trying its hardest to forget about DMC2; who wants to bet all following sequels will take place before 2?
I see Vergil decided to leave his nifty armor at home, which is sad, but I'm looking forward to seeing how his play style has changed since DMC3.

Whoops. Made a mistake on that. I usually check the DMC4 forums on Gamefaqs for news. It seems there's lots of things going on right now and I really don't have the time to confirm what's right or wrong. Try these topics.

It has not been said that Nero is Vergil, but it's kind of hard not to believe it. The only thing that's off is that he uses guns. Some say he's a new character. I don't really know what to believe anymore until I see at least 70% of them agreeing. :eyes: Oh well, at least we have the demo at TGS to look forward to.

It's been said that Nero is officially a new character. Whether he's connected to Vergil/Nelo Angelo in some shape or form no one really knows yet. We'll have to wait and find out when the game comes out I suppose. |

wasn't wii launched not commented on whatsoever by nintendo? How did you come about november launch guarantee?
and with the DVD thing IGN talked about that and they don't think it will exist at all.
halo 3 was supposed to come o9ut on PS3 launch day.
blitz the league was a highly anticipated title I haven't heard any cancellation news.
stearing wheel add on? From a third party? Sounds a little odd considering holding it sideways mimicks that anyway.
I'd like a few sources please. |

Bill Gates took back that statement, claiming he was being "over rebullient" or something like that. Bungie says: Finish the fight (sometime, probably in March or April) 2007! :D
Just because no one's said it doesn't mean it hasn't happened. As far as the game goes, it's cancelled.
And holding the Wiimote sideways does *not* mimick that. This would let you slot the WIimote into the wheel, and when you turn the wheel, you turn the Wiimote, making it pretty realistic :3
The thing about holding it sideways is that the button for accelereate/boost is probably on the right side, while the steering is done with the Dpad on the left.

bwahhhh?
whaty about every single racing game where you tilt the controller to steer? this is just making it so your holding plastic bars rather then gripping the controller, it doesn't change the control cheme AT ALL. |

....there's only one racing game we know of for sure...and that's Excite Truck. That uses the control scheme I was talking about. I'm sure there's gonna be a game where you move the Wiimote from side to side to steer, and that can use the steering wheel.
And the Steering wheel's gonna be great. It's so much more comfortable to hold a wheel and drive, than to hold a remote and drive. XD
