Beast+ 21 Talkbacktothefuture (Spoilers in the Magic Box!)

Well, good news is that we really didn't miss much from not seeing this episode in order. The bad news is every time I hear "Mr. Hat" I think of South Park. I'm kinda dissappointed now that we didn't get Hatman in a normal EXE game, because his attacks were actually quite cool and enjoyable. Well, I'm sure they translated better in anime form over cell-phone form. Maybe not the greatest fight scene we've seen in Beast+, with lots of panning again, but I still really liked it.

Favorite part of the episode: Fiery explosions of flowers throughout the city! Now that's magic!

What was that around the 8 minute mark with Phantom Hatman? Was he gonna wreck havoc with the gas tanker complex from Axess 9 again?! We needed a Phantom Burnerman for that job! Laughing

Well, then again, with the fiery explosions of flowers...

Overall, cute episode with Tohru Jr., aka Shuuichi, and happy to see these new characters, but nothing that special. Enjoyable, however.

I didn't find it very enhoyable unfortunately, don't know why, just had no appeal to me. Hatman wasn't even that strong/. only three more episodes left for me to see.

Pretty much just you're standard episode, but the flowery explosions were cool XD Hatman seems a bit boring to me, but his attacks were at least kinda well thought out. I was expecting them to coin the "Phantom" navi phrase in this episode tho Oo It somehow appears out of nowhere the next episode I believe...
This episode and the previous one start getting you interested in the phantom navis and it slowly builds to the end, which I think is a pretty nice touch. Can't wait to see Episode 24 now :p

A very nice and enjoyable episode. Maybe not the best, but I did had a good feeling about it when it finished. Maybe I missed something but I was surprised when Falzer Rockman appeared out of the magic box without a battle chip. But it was nice to see and the episode did have magic as an important theme.

I don't understand Japanese unfortunately but what was Hatman saying to Rockman at the end? That Rockman would make a great assistant in a magic show? Or am I totally wrong?

Anyway, I really enjoyed this episode, more then ep. 22 and 23. (which were pretty good, ep. 22 more then 23 IMO) The strange thing is I have difficulty explaining why. When I have watched an episode I always get a certain feeling about it and usually it doesn't change anymore but I can't really express myself in words.

Maybe I liked this one more because of the happy ending or because of Rockman's transformation through the magic curtain/magic box. The animation was pretty good too and I really like Rockman's Beast Out designs. In short, I personally really enjoyed the episode. One of my favorites of Beast+.

Hatman is cool. The magic was just, magical. Hatman is a very cool character that should have made more appearences. The kid trying to learn magic seemed sad most of the time. Overall, it was a good epsiode. Now I just need to watch Episode 24.

Beh. It started to get confusing considering Hatman and P Hatman look exactly the same to us...

And was it just me or did I hear "Shuichi-kun" meaning that kid shares Kurama's name... o.o
