Interesting new titles, I hope and it seems that the story will start to pick up speed now. I am really curious how Rockman's transformations will look, if they appear in these episodes that is.

I don't think we'll be seeing any new transformations in these episodes. Just new enimies (and an ally, maybe.)

The Harp Singer Appears, eh? I'm betting it'll feature that girl with the guitar and that Roll-like FM (or is that just her fused with an FM?).

I'm glad the Rockman anime has gotten interesting again. At least now I have something to do, now that I've been cut off from BitTorrent and World of Warcraft.

Yeah, but I wish I had episode summaries to go along with the titles. Though, the titles speak for themselves, I suppose.

I read that Cygnus targets Mr. Decaf cause they share the same frequency or something. Oh, and the reason Mr. Decaf is so skittish is because his work had been stolen in the past, making him distrustful of anyone else. Cygnus probably learns about this and plays on it to turn Mr. Decaf against his fellow Humans.

Okay, so Ox Fire will appear soon. Say, am I the only one who noticed yet that Ox Fire sort of looks like... I think it was the Stardroid that looks like a bull. Mars? Yeah, I think that was the name. -_-;

Now that I look at that FM with the snakes around its arms, it sure seems like it has some features in common with Luna. Not that I'm holding my breath or anything, but a Mr. & Mrs. Smith sort of dynamic between Subaru and Luna would certainly be interesting.

I could almost guarantee that Kizamaro is the little guy with the propeller on his head. I mean, assuming Subaru's friends merge with FMs, who else would fit the bill better than Kizamaro?

On another note, are we positive Gonta is going to be Oxfire? I mean, he could fit the role of that grinning guy directly behind the assumed-Kizamaro merger, too... But I guess we'll know soon enough.

I personally want to know, though, why these people look so bizarre when merging when their FM, but you can tell Subaru is just a normal kid when he becomes Rockman.

(God, these character designs suck...)

They don't necessarily suck. I'm betting that the bizarreness of a given merger's appearance is inversely proportional to how humanoid the associated FM is.

For example, Cygnus is a swan, so merging with <insert Mr. Decaf's real name here> would create something with a considerably different look than either, making for a Gatchaman wannabe.

Now, assuming that snake-like character is indeed Luna, it would make some sense, in that a serpent has no limbs, so you're going to get something even more radically different than the Cygnus + Mr. Decaf merger.

The only exception to the rule, assuming the above holds generally true, would be if OxFire merges with Gonta. Even then, the merger isn't totally bizarre - it merely masks Gonta's identity better than the others mask their respective hosts' identities.

As for that smiling robot-like character, I'm betting it's nothing more than some kind of generic Navi or radio-program, quite possibly associated with the Satellite Police.

There's something wrong here...you see that guy with the red eyes in the characters picture? That's Cygnus. Note the similarities in their color and their head (when comparing the Cygnus we know in his FM form and merged form from the opening to the guy I'm calling Cygnus.) Don't think of the "Other Cygnus' face, think more about the top of his head, it has the eyes and beak and everything. The thing that convinces me most however, is the symbol. We have a pretty good shot of "red eye guy" and his symbol in that picture already given.

Now, click here... (oh yeah, and sorry for messing up the screen cap)

You see the symbol right? Does it match?

But then...why are there two merged Cygnus forms?

First of all, FMs don't have symbols the way Navis did. Take a look at Rockman. That emblem on Rockman's chest is not present anywhere on WarRock, so it's quite possible that Cygnus doesn't have the symbol present on his merged form. Furthermore, in your screencap of Cygnus alone, the symbol is way too blurry to definitively make out any details.

I really see no issue here.

Really, I mean, I apologize for the low quality, and am not too sure as to how to get a better one, but you really cannot see the resemblance between the two? If not, check out the end of episode 5 and see for yourself. I understand that the merged form of Cygnus may not have the symbol, but still, that "other character" does have the symbol present on Cygnus in his FM form.

No need for apologies. The low quality of the screencap can, for the most part, be attributed to the SD quality of the episodes.

What other character are you talking about? I'm not following your train of thought. There are only two forms Cygnus exists in.
