Now,I like rockman.exe it great show.Early this morning I was on atomic fire and playing some music.I was playing "Rockman.exe sound navigation 01 [OST]"And was like "These song are like the best"
and I was wonder why haven't they reuse some of these songs?
they should of use songs like:"Battle parade"or "Plug in,Rockman.exe"(ver1) aswell as "Netto" and "Enzan" they were all great songs but they didn't use them. Why? |

Well, since many songs were reused in following seasons, I understand where you're coming from. You'd probably never find out without asking those in charge. Personally, maybe it's just me, but there is more of a distinct difference in how the early soundtracks sound musically (compared with Axess and beyond), that many of those early tracks just wouldn't fit the mood of the later series.
Like to me, Axess had a lot of rock or heavy sounding tracks. Stream leaned more towards moving orchestral arrangements. Beast was more on the bouncy electronic side. I agree that there were some good tracks on Sound Navigation, but I'm kinda glad they didn't throw them in again for, say, Beast Plus. Sometimes when they did reuse a track, it felt forced and didn't fit the scene necessarily. In some respects, reusing Axess tracks or whatnot was overdone a bit. With new seasons, I think it was better to introduce and use the newer stuff. It made just as much sense to treat each season like it's own series. _________________ Avatar art thanks to toberboobap, animated gif thanks to Dr. Wily II

Also the background music from the very first two seasons were made Katsumi Horii (or something like that) and the rest were, according to Anime News Network made by Shuuhei Naruse (well at least the Rockman EXE movie, but I think the one who did those was the exact same as the one who did all of Axess, Stream and Beast).
So it would be kind of weird to suddenly use background music from an entirely different artist who doesn't even come remotely close to the style of Axess, Stream and Beast.
I did love most of the themes that Beast+ re-used tho :p And I think most of the time they fit the scene exactly :] _________________

Yeah, EXE and Axess-Beast+ had different BGM artists (Axess-Beast+'s goes by the nickname NAO, I believe). But let's not forget that Axess reuses EXE's Jawaii theme, so it was never against any "rules" to reuse EXE's music; they just chose not to. _________________
