Chapter 4: Wave Coliseum dai 2 stage totsunyuu!! (Wave Coliseum. Rushed into the 2nd stage!!)
The Denpa-kun announces the task for the 2nd stage. All the contestants are to scale a massive series of wave roads which ascend to a UFO! A race? That sounds easy to Rockman. A battle to the top! However, Gemini Spark tells Rockman to look more closely at the series of wave roads. They're loaded with obstacles. One road has large gaps. Another speeds up contestants! The one above it slows them down! There's even one with completely curved terrain. Not to mention Denpa viruses!
With that, the 2nd round begins with Rockman getting a late start and Gemini taking the lead. In the stands, a wild Ox cheers Rock on madly. The contestants begin trekking across the wave road full of gaps. An unlucky fellow goes for the jump....and doesn't make it. Rock notes that it's a long way down when suddenly denpa viruses begin to approach. Rockman wastes no time as he takes them all out with his Buster. As Rockman takes on the virus horde...all the other contestants flee, laughing as they leave Rockman in their dust.
Suddenly, a Crowker virus flies up to Rockman and taunts him while bearing a crazed look. Looks like Rockman is royally screwed as the horde closes in....and gets struck down by a series of lightning bolts. Gemini Spark returned! Gemini turns and smiles...before running off again. With ease, he regains the lead, stopping everyone in fear of falling as he shoves his way through. Rock, determined to win, gives chase. Soon enough, both Gemini Spark and Rockman are on the final stretch with the other contestants far behind.
Gemini Spark is rather amazed at Rockman. He is about to reach the floating satellite which projects the last wave road segment when he notices the Crowker virus from before. It seemingly flew up to this location after recovering from being struck by Gemini Spark's lightning. The Crowker attempts to threaten Gemini...until Gemini picks up the small virus and tosses it away. He then begins to ascend to the UFO...until he turns around and notices the Crowker dropping a bomb on the satellite dish. He runs back in an attempt to stop the bomb, only to be caught in its explosion. The final wave road retracts! Gemini Spark seems to have fallen! No wait, he's still there...Rockman has saved him!
Both Rockman and Gemini hang from the edge of the wave road as the Crowker flies up to Rockman. Immediately, it unleashes an energy blast in Rockman's face. It then turns and begins to leave only to hear Rockman's voice. He was unharmed? However, the Crowker immediately begins to peck wildly at Rock's head. Just then, Gemini says he has a plan as he urges Rock to let go. Rock does so. They both fall! The Crowker is confused by this action.
As Rockman and Gemini Spark fall, Gemini reveals his plan. As they descend, they approach another floating satellite dish. Gemini Thunder! Rock Buster! The two fire their attacks at the satellite, causing to explode. The explosion propels the two back into the air....all the way up to the Crowker. Rock bites onto one side of the Crowker while Gemini grabs on with his massive left arm. Looks like they've gotten themselves a free flight to the top.
With the plan a success, the Crowker is forced to fly the two into the door of the UFO. The crowd goes wild! There are two winners of the Wave Coliseum 2nd round! Rockman and Gemini Spark then shake hands...only to suddenly have them handcuffed together. Out from the center of the shadows of the UFO...steps Goyouda Heiji...remarking that he's gotten a pair...more than he wished for.

Aww, that stinks that the inspector gadget guy got them. Its interesting that the manga version is not following the same route as the anime and the game storyline wise. 
Crimson Seiko: I dont know if thats a really useful link since all I see is japanease text, which I cant read, if you got news on this being release in english. I would hope it would be so. but I guess this is better than nothing.

There's nothing to read except for the fact that it says it'll go for 410 yen, and that if you're interested in it, you'll also like the first four volumes of Rockman.exe Beast + DVDs and the Rockman.exe Secret Official Illustration Guide. So it wouldn't matter if you could read it...you wouldn't learn anything other than the fact that it's being released. (It doesn't list which chapters are included.)
