| I need help getting the extra stages. It says I need a diffrent number of felonies but does Axel need the felonies or is it just all felonies of my party??? |

i wish i had the answer but my brother only did the stroyline,so that part i don't know.
i would try with many members(having the lowest requirement reached)it that doesn't work, then you can be certain it has to be Axel,with a plus,it can level up your characters to get yourself prepared for the extra stages
