Well, even though you said to forget about it, I'll try to answer anyways.
In terms of the anime, the only art books that are out there are nothing more than collections of screencaps from the series, if I recall correctly. Otherwise there are 3 that are gamed-based.
Your first link isn't working for me, even copying all the text. I assume it's the 192-pager as opposed to the smaller 96-page version. The smallest one has all the official art for each form of Rockman, each Navi from 1-6 ONLY (with a smaller, cropped pic of their corresponding Netop. No full size for the humans unfortunately), every virus with their element, and the final bosses for each game. Not much text.
The 192-pager has a lot more text (more of a synopsis of each game and each character's role in it. For example, some of the character's ages are mentioned in this book) and has mostly complete full body pics of the Netops with their Navis, although the art is still the same official pieces from 1-6. But unlike the smaller book, this one has art of characters like Tadashi Hikari (old and young), Enzan's dad and Mariko, with smaller pages devoted to Battle Chip Challenge, Transmission and Phantom of Network. Rock's forms and the final bosses are still there, but no virus artwork in this one.
The "Secret of" book, which is 176 pages as the seller says, is the one I don't have, but it contains concept art of characters and viruses that is lacking in the other two. Otherwise, I believe it also contains some of the same art that's in the other two. It's more of a fun look behind the scenes and at what could have been.
Even if you aren't planning to get one of them, hope it helps. _________________ Avatar art thanks to toberboobap, animated gif thanks to Dr. Wily II

Well, if you're really interested in the artwork then you'll want the EXE Secrets book. I have all three of them and the other two official guides only contain the official character artwork but the Secrets book contains a lot more, and if you're looking for EXE 6 characters they are the most fleshed out, all of them having about a page with little cartoons and so on.
It's definitely a worthwhile purchase in my view if you're any sort of Rockman EXE fan. _________________
