We've reached the 40 episode milestone. Hooray!

Title Screen: The Chairman's Great Unrequited Love Plan-buku!
(Cancer is the one who announces the title I believe)

At FM HQ, the FMs are wondering why the Andromeda Key isn't filling up with Negative Energy. (Libra is still here... I suppose he and the rest patched things up...) Predictable, Ox and Wolf get into another arguement. Crown tries to break it up, and is promptly told to shut up and squished. While the others are drawn in, Cancer makes his exit... with the Key.

He struts down main street as Cancer Bubble, wearing Chiyokichi's hat, jacket, and the Key around his neck. When he gets weird stares from the passerby, he makes a face and says the following: '' I'm an FM Seijin-buku! Scary! Blabblabblaba!'' After I picked my jaw off the floor, a boy's mother gives him a death glare, and the FM beats it.

It is 3 o'clock, and Luna, her posse, and Subaru are walking home from school. Luna's talking about Rockman, Kizamaro is agreeing with whatever she's saying. Gonta and Kizamaro talk about the pink girl who helps Rockman. Gonta speculates that the two are boyfriend-girlfriend.Naturally, that severely pisses Luna off, so she lobs her bag at them. Lucky for Gonta and Kizamaro, she misses and instead beams Cancer Bubble in the head. His tears of pain drip into the Key. Bum bum bum!

Luna continues chasing Gonta, but Kizamaro doubles back to check on the FM. He's momentarily confused, but gives up and heads after Luna. The Key appears to have partially shattered in this shot.

Cancer Bubble wakes up and notices that there's liquid in the Key (his tears.) (The Key is whole here...) Luna is filled to the brim with energy, and all of it sure is negative! Maybe... maybe the Class President is the key to the Key?

Meanwhile, Subaru is unsuccessful in stopping Luna's rampage, even the childish '' Luna datteyo!'' is a failure. Her energy level is just too damn high! At an urge from Warrock, he puts on his Visualizer...

...and sees a bolt of lightning heading right towards Gonta and Luna! An off screen denpa henkan takes place, and Subaru snatches the two up. Of course, Luna starts fangirling; Rockman is only one that can save her!

Crown Thunder sends another bolt down, but it's blocked by a familiar musical note... That's right, Misora is on the scene as Harp Note! I can already see where this is going... The two soon take off after Crown Thunder, much to Luna's chagrin. Just you wait Harp Note! In her fury, she lobs her bag again, predictably hitting Cancer Bubble again, knocking him into the air. Another tear drop falls into the Key. When he wakes up, he formulates his plan.

Wearing a surgical mask, he tries to pry the bars on the gate to the school apart, but he just can't, and has to be let in by a woman who think's he's a sick student. Sneaking into Luna's classroom, he slips a notebook on to her desk, trips on another one, and rolls out into the hallway. Another tear drop adds itself to the collection.

Inside the notebook is a crappily drawn picture of Rockman and Harp Note, with a sun and, the most important thing of all... the word 'Love.' Luna shuts the book and heaves it at Gonta yet again, this time actually hitting him. She thinks he did it!

In an assembly hall, Luna gets a scandalous email. TO: LUNA, SUB: LOVE LETTER, FROM: ROCKMAN. But inside...

Dear Harp Note: I love you. (heart)
From Rockman.

Even more scandalous, and no doubt humiliating for Subaru, is a screen in the hallway reading: Happy Wedding. Followed by an image of a bride and groom with the heads of Rockman and Harp Note cut and pasted on.

Now from funny to creepy. Cancer Bubble looms over Luna while she's sleeping in her bed, at night. He plants more nasty thoughts of Rockman x Harp Note in her dreaming mind, and she, in her now-unpleasant slumber, grabs him and throws him into the hallway. Another tear drips in...

Now from creepy to just plain wrong. Their school really does seem to have a pool on the roof, and Cancer Bubble has dressed himself up as Rockman, and has a doll of a dead looking Harp Note, and is saying fluffy, love stuff to it and the like. Subaru has no idea what the *bleep* is going on, but Warrock at least gets the feeling something is going down. And that would be Cancer Bubble, for Luna grabs him, rips the costume away, and is puzzled by the creature she now holds. Cancer Bubble tries to talk his way out of the eventual pain, but the next shot we see of him is of him covered in bandages.

To kill time he proves what a fanboy he is by watching some teen drama featuring Misora (with glasses), some snobby looking blond guy, and an equally snobby, blue haired girl who steals him away from her. To me, it's corny, I find most shows like that to be, but to Cancer Bubble, it's very, very sad. Tears of saddness drip into the Key. Crown Thunder is suddenly watching too. Heh heh...

The show ends and Cancer Bubble shows the now half full (half empty?) Key to Crown. The old guy is impressed, and the episode ends with Cancer Bubble saying something that makes Crown Thunder's head fall off in surprise.

An amusing premise and a pretty chuckle inducing episode. Ryuusei seems to be taking the love triangle concept here far beyond what Stream ever did with its love triangle.

Edit: Added in Gonta's girlfriend theory (Thanks Gray17), and the deal with Luna's energy. This is what I get for knowing the word for 'cute', but not 'girlfriend.'

Thank you for handling the summary, ComicX6. I think my head would have popped off like Crown's if I handled it again, especially after all the caps I just did.

Couple minor thoughts on your summary, though. First, I'm pretty sure that was Crown's voice, not Cancer's, doing the title.

Gonta also said something that probably was asking what the name of the "pink" girl who fights with Rockman was. No, not Narcy. Razz

Then Kizzy corrects him and says her name is Harp Note. Then Gonta says something like, "Oh yeah. She's cute!" Which of course ticks Luna off. At least I think that's what went on there.

Also, I think for whatever reason, when Cancer pushed the remote button at the end, that's what caused Crown to fall apart. Not what he said. But I could be wrong. It just seemed perfectly timed for something goofy like that to happen.

That evil chick in the Misora movie learned her laugh from Tesla I'd say...

This by far was the funniest episode yet! I loved the evil-dream voice Cancer used. So cute and twisted! Twisted Evil

Cancer has issues. He needs to team up with the Burger King. Laughing

Plenty of wonderful facial expressions and a nice flow to the animation, too. Sure, it wasn't Adachi, but I really loved the art this time around.

I never thought Cancer could do such things. Then again, why didn't anyone freak out in his denpa henkan state. Oh, I believe Ox was voicing the title, not Crown. Still, Crown coming out of nowhere was really funny to me. But, I also wonder why Crown falls like that in the end? *sighs* I wonder if anybody actually knows?

No, the voice, lacked the ferocity of Ox's. It was either Crown or Cancer who said it.

I'll go back and add in the girlfriend comment, and yeah, I did catch the stuff with Luna's energy level, so I guess I shouldn't have left it out.

I really wonder how successful the FMs' half brained schemes are at filling the real Andromeda Key. They probably do something, but I really think Gemini Spark should take matters into his/their own hand(s). Would make for some pretty good eps, as he seems to be the only one with much brain power.

I think (To the Crown head falling off) Crown asks him "What are you gonnna do now, that you figure out how to fill it up" and then cancer gives a small silence and then goes "I'm gonna watch the movie again PUKU!" I think thats why Crown's head falls off of the stupidity answer cancer bubble gave.

This episode was too Hilarious!!! I was laughing so hard I couldn't breath at all lol, Evil voice cancer "Rockman and Harp-note puku he doesnt like you puku" doubt I'm accurate though..Man this was hilarious..Who was it that said they might gonna do a plot between Luna and Rockman that the FM trys to get the energy from?

The preview for the next one shows Luna and Misora (as Harp Note) standing off against each other. With Subaru (as Rockman) right behind them. In Luna's bedroom, no less.

This is going to be good.

Don't completely trust that it's in Luna's room. It's not uncommon at all for the next episode previews to put the animation in front of backdrops that aren't used in the final episode. It just happened recently for the 39 preview which had a shot of Subaru inside a building when, in the actual episode, he was outside at night in the stadium... And in 38's preview, that unforgettably funny face of Subaru's was in front of a blue sky in the preview but in a sort of garden-area in the actual episode.

This sounds incredibly hilarious. I really have to finish the episodes I have left over. I like the idea of this episode. It figures they would do something to crazy.
