Guess what? The almost-decent post viewer is back.
Anyway, who is Emdee? I've read several things that say he's Hikari-hakase's Navi, provided he even has one. I have never heard Yuuichirou talk to his Navi in the games, so that's why I ask here.

 Emdee is an original character from a fanfic. He seems to have proved popular, so a few other people have used him in their stories as well.
It seems sensible that Yuuichirou would have a Navi, but one is never mentioned.

So, Emdee is classified as a "fanon" character, not a "canon" character.
Cool. He complements Yuuichirou well.

...yeah that's it. We really got inspired by reading material we have read seen other places. Plus, you know, we were also so inspired by having a clichéd and flat character to look up to. It has nothing to do with the fact that Axl is a likable character from X.
Hmm. I remember this...I think. I think it was one of the first Fanfic I read. Though I may be wrong.

huh, i always thought Dr. Hikari always had a NetNavi named Emdee but i guess we all read the same fanfics. was it "Us After This"? meh, that title seems to ring a bell. thanks for clearing this up guys.

hehe, what can i say? i would like to know what kind of NetNavi Dr. Hikari would have and what he looked like though. after all, he *did* create the greatest NetNavi [well, one of them anyway].
