09/30/07: New Bad Guy Character Designs

I was browsing through my overstuffed case of production artwork from EXE, and came across a slew of character designs I had somehow missed! So, in a span of three individual updates, here is the first batch: Villains!

Found in the "Production Designs" section of REO.

-World 3 in swimsuits (dear god Hinoken)
-Dr. Wily (hobo version from Stream)

Well I suppose since Madoi's swimsuit didn't change from the first season, that explains why she isn't in the newest swim one. Even as eye-gouging as Hinoken is, all are saved. Thanks for all these new ones and can't wait to see what else shows up in the future!

Well, these are interesting. We have bubbleman figures and....a slightly scary Hinoken in speedo. At least someone will be happy about that. And Duo legs? They do look like they're his legs.
