I'll be hauling Greiga up to the photo studio I work at. n.n; they take a staff picture together every year for Halloween in costume... and my co-workers say if I don't wear Greiga there'll be a mutiny. _________________ "Cats are interesting. I don't think I'll dress up this year. I will be eating candy though. Of course. But hopefully people will be posting pictures of their costumes. |

Isn't it even less socially acceptable to do it in high school? Once you're too old, people would tell you off instead of giving you candy, I'd think... _________________ One of the three EXE sisters! *Armstrong-style pose*

Well, you'd be surprised. I mean, even if high school students don't go trick-or-treat-ing per se, it doesn't seem all that odd if people come in dressed up. Hell, when I was in high school, some of our teachers came in dressed for the occasion. A math teacher came in in full chef's garb, the principal dressed as a vampire (I think?), and the head of the CS department came in with nothing but shorts and his body painted green.
So it all depends on where you are, I suppose. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! But they'll have to avoid the Whammy, as they play the most exciting game of their lives! From Television City in Hollywood! It's time to 'Press Your Luck!'--Rod Roddy

If you think going out in costume in high school is not socially appealing, think again.I got a friend who was in high school and he went out on the town dressed as Shuichi from "Gravitation"(I think one of the outfits where he has his navel showing...got it from the CD cover...I think) for Halloween.People were impressed and slowed down to see him and his friends.
So,there are still people making impressions with their Halloween costumes in high school.I shall be one of them this year. _________________ Things are going to be changing soon in the next few months.Stay tuned for updates and the like. |

I didn't say socially appealing, I said socially acceptable. Not to mention that what I -said- was that it is more socially acceptable to wear a costume to school when you're in elementary rather than in high school. When I was in high school, at least, nobody wore a costume there on Halloween - by that point everyone went to parties that night instead.
That said, I recall a few teachers dressing up. _________________ One of the three EXE sisters! *Armstrong-style pose*
