04/18/08: REO moving to a new server... again

Surpass has some cheaper hosting options now, so I'm having them move all of REO's files to a new server within the same hosting company. The move should take no longer than a couple of days, and hopefully with little or no disruption. But just in case we go down for a little while, that's why. :)
