Well, the Rockman.exe anime's been over for about a year and a half, and I'm surprised that I haven't come across this type of topic yet, so here goes. What are your favorite battles throughout the series? Here're my favorites:

Rockman vs. Blues (EXE 22)

This one had been hyped up for a while, and it didn't disappoint. While the destruction of the stadium was over the top, Rockman and Blues relentlessly going at it was quite intense for its time, and literally ended with a bang with the double Dream Swords. The aftermath was quite startling as well.

R-Rockman vs. Gravityman (Axess 33)

I've always found Gravityman fights to be fun to watch, waiting to see how the good guys will touch the CGI navi. Here, this fight showcases the Battlechip Gate for the first time, Netto finally uses a Stone Cube to take down the gravity well, and Misaki's despair at not being able to perform Cross Fusion is a nice segway into the next episode. Plus, if you pay attention, you'll notice that after Netto pelts Gravityman with buster shots, and when he's coming apart when hit by the Giga Cannon, that he's hand-drawn instead of CG.

R-Rockman vs. R-Prismman (Axess 34)

A battle between R navis, something that we never got to see a lot of. The setting and music for this one really set the heart racing. The brief segment of Netto and Misaki going at it with a Sword and spear was very well animated, and the details overall, like the sketchiness of Misaki crossing out, and the lighting and shading, were really good examples of Takahashi's best work. And Enzan got to help out too.

R-Blues vs. Asteroid Drillman (Stream 29)

This was like, the only fight in Stream that had fluid movements. Drillman's attacks could have been handled better, and him being repelled by a Curse Shield still baffles me to this day, but in the end, it was a strong effort by Takahashi (He did the above two fights as well). I also liked how Thunderman dealt the final blow. Never hurts to change things up.

Rockman, Blues, Searchman, and Colonel vs. Slur (Stream 48)

Sure, Slur god-moded through everything thrown at her, but she did have some nifty attacks, like the cable sword, and generally anything involving her cables. This episode was also done by Takahashi (Surprise, surprise).

Rockman vs. Zoanoroid Snakeman (Beast 14)

While there were times that I didn't care for Ishihara's art style, I can't deny that she's very good with polish. This was the best animated fight in a while, and had some very good effects, mostly involving the Rock Buster and Snakeman's Snake Buster attack. And hearing more of Ryuusei Nakao is never a bad thing.

Rockman and Blues vs. Judgeman (Beast + 16)

Do I really need to explain this one? In terms of animation quality, this episode was rivaled only by the Movie, and maybe one or two episodes. I liked how care was taken to show Rockman swaying about, indicating that he was taking a beating. It was nice to see a villain that wasn't some jacked-up 'roid give the duo a nice pounding. Beast + was where Adachi evolved from being a 'good' art director, to the 'amazing' one we saw throughout Ryuusei and Tribe, I feel.

Some honorable mentions include:

Rockman vs. Freezeman (EXE 36)
Rockman vs. Planetman (EXE 45)
Rockman vs. Masked Thunder (Axess 37)
R-Rockman vs. R-Needleman (Axess 48)
R-Rockman and R-Needleman vs. Asteroid Bombman (Stream 21)
R-Rockman and R-Blues vs. Shademan (Stream 31)
R-Rockman and R-Roll vs. Asteroid Flashman and Asteroid Desertman (Stream 40)
Searchman vs. Diveman (Beast 19)
Rockman vs. Zero (Beast + 2)
R-Searchman vs. Phantom Rockman and Phantom Blues (Beast + 22)

Although I haven't seen all EXE episodes, most of the fights you named feel very familiar to me and I agree with you. Several of my favorites are among the ones you named, especially EXE 22, Axess 34, Beast 14 and Beast+ 2.

Two other favorites of mine are Beast 6 (Beast-out Rockman vs. Z. Sparkman and Z. Pharoahman) and Beast 10 (R-Rockman vs. Z. Quickman)

@Nenji

Unless I'm wrong, wasn't that fight in episode 14 of Beast? Rockman vs. Z. Snakeman was mentioned in ComicX6's opening post.

Ah yes, my apologies. I read the list down the bottom and assumed the top stuff was other...things. A case of TL;DR. ^__^;

Aside from the fights already listed, I'm going to list the Everybody VS All the reborn Darkloids from near the end of Axess (episode number escapes me at the moment xD; ). Yeah sure, every Darkloid died pretty darn quickly, but it was still an awesome battle royal-type thing.

...

Besides, he used Roll Soul again. >.>;

Aside from that, the Nebula Grey battle from the movie was pretty cool xD
(But then again, I'm kinda partial to Forte Cross.. )
