|
|
Last week, i played the Megaman Battle Network 5 team Protoman and some other series, as a beginner, i got stuck on some parts. Here are my questions :
1. How to defeat Dark Megaman on Liberation Mission in End Area properly? I couldn't get his attack pattern, so i couldn't beat him quickly
2. Is there any way to increase the amount of my zenny fastly? I battled a lot, but the zenny were low
3. When i use Darkchips directly, the emotional window turned purple, and, when i open the custom window at the next turn, Megaman's HP decreased quickly, as if he got bug, how could that happen? And what to do to use Darkchips without decreasing his max. HP and "being on bug" things?
4. I took so many repeatedly damage, and the emotional window turned red, what is the meaning of it?
Some question about Megaman Battle Network 3 White :
1. Is there any good ways to fight the Omega version of viruses in Undernet?
2. How to defeat Forte? I couldn't destroy his Aura quickly
3. What kind of Style which is suitable to destroy Alpha?
Well, i guess that's all for now. It'll be a very pleasure that you guys could share some useful tips with me as a beginner. Thank you. Please post your answer _________________ Your last word will become the word that will always be remembered by anybody |

I can help with 5.
For dark megaman, You could try to over power him with strong chips. http://www.gamespot.com/gba/rpg/megamanbattlenetwork5teamofblues/hints.html
Put in the numbeman codes in and see what you get otherwise, look for the walkthroughs on that link.
The liberate mission just before you go to the undernet in end area five. Just get the first item square you find and you should get 1800 zenny. Just keep leaving and doing it again.
Darkchips automatically take one hp from you everytime you use one. Only use them for dark soul unions if at all.
That's angry emotion. You can get double chip power sometimes but can't use soul unions. Just keep fighting and you'll be back to normal.

And that's for if you're playing the DS version. |

...that's barely intelligible, you know.
For all EXE5 questions, there is a thread here. Just because it isn't stickied doesn't mean that it shouldn't be used. However, for the sake of the post, I'll answer them here.

Note that Dark Rock will use mostly the same tactics that you have been using thus far. If you like using Thunderball, for example, chances are he will use it too, in addition to his standard attacks. If you cannot beat him in any amount of time, I suggest you brush up on your skills with the team navis. However, remember that restricting your opponent's mobility is always a plus.

You have several options. The Liberation one is viable, though a bit tedious. If you happen to explore the outer reaches of the Internet, your chances of gaining zenny from IBGMDs as well as GMDs work well. In addition, the top prizes increase from 1000 in the general areas to up to 3000 in the more difficult ones. Alternately, you could deliberately bug the Collect NCP, which will reverse its effect and guarantee you a cash prize at the end of every combat. In addition, having the Millionaire NCP installed will guarantee cash in every GMD you encounter on the Internet.

Remember that Darkchips are akin to drugs--the purple window denotes that Rock is saturated with darkness, and will thus not be able to return to normal until the next combat. Also recall that since Darkchips are much stronger than their normal counterparts, a detriment must be added. In this case, it's an HP drain bug. Also recall that each chips is worth -1 to maximum HP permanently, so don't dapple in the darkness. It's just not worth it--neither in 4, nor 5.

Ah, you are fortunate. This signifies Anger, which carries with it an intrinsic x2 multiplier to the next chip attack, bonuses and all. Unlike Full Synchro, in which you can lose the multiplier by taking a hit, this lasts. Usually this results from a one-sided beating or being paralyzed by an opponent's attack.

That's what a good PA based folder is for. Having things like Dreamsword will make your life a lot easier. That, and high damage chips that spread over a wide range, like Guardian, is very helpful.
Fortex wrote: | 2. How to defeat Forte? I couldn't destroy his Aura quickly |
The way I did it is with a HyperRat based folder. In essence, it is an F-coded folder that is based off Flashman and HyperRat. Use a HyperRat to break his aura, and use Flashman at end of turn. He'll remain stunned, as you send HyperRats down his gullet.
This example makes use of a few points--Ensure that you have a way of dealing over 200 damage in one attack. With no such device, the aura will never fall and you will inevitably lose. Secondly, once you get the aura to fall, use chips that stun. Flashman is an excellent sxample because he will stun with his attack provided the aura is not intact. If you cannot do that, however, at least shatter the aura at the end of turn so that you can go to the Custom Screen and draw a fresh hand of chips to
capitalize on Forte's fallen aura.
Fortex wrote: | 3. What kind of Style which is suitable to destroy Alpha? |
Depends on what is suitable for you. I generally employ a Custom Style, and any element but Aqua, as his electrical attack towards the end of his combat will hurt immensely. If you can hold a charge long enough, Wood element is good because the Tornado concentrates the attack at exactly one focal point--his shielded...orb...thing. Custom is good because you have an inherent hand size +1, and chips are power in this game, as with any other game that runs like a CCG. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks!
