Are there any Japanese EXE forums like this one? I know there's a smattering of fan sites, but I've never seen any links to forums dedicated to the series. That wouldn't be so unusual (since I don't exactly go cruising around Japanese sites) except a lot of times forums are where you get news scoops for new games. Coro Coro scans by members and speculations, and whatnot.  |

The thing is, Japanese fansites and American-run fansites are completely different because of two cultures. As far as I know, large community websites like REO and Megaman Network don't really exist in Japan; or, at least, that's the impression I've gotten. That's not to say that forums for them don't exist, but you probably won't ever see one as large like the two sites on a Japanese-run network.

Yeah, large community fansites with direct interaction are exceedingly rare in Japan. Most fansites are either personal sites where the only interaction is blog-like commenting, or sites that try to network the aforementioned personal sites in one fandom together.

as the others have said, it is rare to find a fan site like this in Japanese. and also like they said it is partly the culture differences. there might be one hidden within all those sites if you look hard enough.
