I was looking around on the Toys N Joys site b/c I hadn't been there in awhile and found the Plug-In PETs selling for $129.95.
I know there was discussion before on where to find them before and TnJ was previously sold out.

Dude, I want one. With a Pocket PC or iPhone or something jury-rigged inside.
I don't have any extra money now, so I'll start my EXE collection when the goods are REALLY rare. |

The Plug-In PET *is* pretty rare [which is why I chose to share it with the good people of REO]. I'd like a couple of these myself, but as you said, I just don't have money to splurge quite yet. _________________ Avatar by Tabby (of my NetNavi, GuincoolMind.EXE) : : :

I got mine off ebay for almost exactly $100 not too long ago... But I bought mine (perfect condition, in box, everything) from FlashManEXE, so I knew he was reputable while I was bidding from him. ToysNJoys... Never bought anything from them, but from what I've heard, they have poor shipping service... _________________ My art blog: http://annamariacoppi.blogspot.com/

Twice I got the wrong item when ordering from ToysNJoys. I stopped buying from them after that. n.n;
Keep an eye on the Yahoo Japan auctions... you can use a deputy service like Shopping Mall Japan to bid. Sometimes old toys show up on there for much cheaper than ebay. I don't think I paid more than $30 for both my blue and red Plug-In PETs. _________________ "Cats are interesting. They're kind of like girls. When they come talk to you, it's great. Ugh, that's wack [@ TnJ]. You seem to swear by Yahoo Auctions Ryo! I'll keep an eye out on there. _________________ Avatar by Tabby (of my NetNavi, GuincoolMind.EXE) : : :

I get all my imports from yahoo japan. ^^; So much easier than dealing with ebay sellers, and the prices are usually cheaper. _________________ "Cats are interesting. They're kind of like girls. When they come talk to you, it's great. When you go talk to them, it doesn't go so well." - Miyamoto

We've had plenty of stories on this forum about them before, but I'll second the notion to stay away from TnJ forever. Don't even browse for fun.
Last Valentine's Contest I went ahead and got Tabby something there as her prize. It took about a month, but she got it fine. So I decided to buy something for myself. Big mistake.
They listed that the Greiga Rock and FcR Takara figures were still available, so I ordered them both in March. Of course, you have to pay right then and there. I didn't hear anything about my order for a month, so I emailed them to get a status report. So in late April, they said the items were backordered and they would ship in 1-2 weeks. Never heard or saw a thing. In early June, I emailed them again fed up with waiting.
ONLY THEN, 3 MONTHS LATER, they said the items were sold out and wanted me to use my money towards something else. I said not a chance and canceled my order. But do you think I got my money back? Of course not. I had to email the returns people at least five more times and I JUST got my Paypal account refunded 9 days ago. Yes, August 8th. So I was out $90 for 6 months and had nothing to show for it with that stupid store. Which is a shame, cause I really wanted those figures.
StarBreak at On-Air sent me this little link as well. My experience was actually quite similar to the reviews of the folks here: http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Toys_N_Joys
Lifetime rating of 1.61/10. Supposedly 130 cases filed against them by the Better Business Bureau. That will give you confidence to buy there, right? _________________ Avatar art thanks to toberboobap, animated gif thanks to Dr. Wily II

Jeebus, that's downright horrible! 1.61/10? Damn. Thanks for your info contribution Miyabi, I'll deliver the message to my friends thinking of ordering from them. _________________ Avatar by Tabby (of my NetNavi, GuincoolMind.EXE) : : :

Wow, that's far worse than my dealings with them. XD Jeebus.
I think I got my Greiga and Falzer figures from Hobby Link Japan. They are awesome to buy from, but their stock sells out fast so you almost always have to pre-order. :/ Those two figures are really expensive now if you can find them, even on yahoo japan... it's the same for the Forte Cross Rockman figures. _________________ "Cats are interesting. See, that's just cruel punishment there. The one rare & sought after toy for EXE fans, and one of the worst stores ever has it.
*ponder* ya know, I always wanted to spend a vacation in Hawaii...
