Since it's been almost two weeks since I asked and I've gotten no response, I'm going to assume these are okay to share with you guys. Starting off with part one: the post-EXE Battlechip list! It really comes in handy for fic writing. If you need a big explosion for crowd control, just control-F 'crowd control'! If you need a bomb, just call it a Minibomb, because that's what half of them look like! If you think I'm missing anything, just say the word and I'll double-check that before adding it in. (no, I'm not counting Roll Arrow or any other Navi attacks that start out as chips and become built-in later.) And if someone who has a better handle on Japanese could double-check those virus names, it would be appreciated.
This covers the subbed episodes, since I don't have Japanese-fu and can't find all the raws anyway. It'll be added to if any more subs come out.
Chip: Stone Cube
Episodes: Axess 1, 33
What It Does: Summons a cube made out of neatly-cut blocks of stone stacked three-by-three. The weight is enough to squish most Navis.
Chip: Break Hammer
Episodes: Axess 1, 13, 19
What It Does: Big hammer. yep. Teal with dark blue accenting around the inner edges. Somewhat unwieldy; don't rely on it if you need to move quickly.
Chip: Long Sword
Episodes: Axess 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 18, 21, 25, 26, 29, Beast 3, 5, 10, 11 (uncalled), 19
What It Does: A long, if otherwise standard, blue sword replaces the Navi's glove.
Chip: Yo-yo
Episodes: Axess 1, 2, 7, 14, 15, 33, Beast 5, 14
What It Does: A red, spiky yo-yo is fired from a tan-and-grey holster that replaces the Navi's hand. Can be used as a grappling hook.
Chip: Aqua Sword
Episodes: Axess 1, 8, 11, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20
What It Does: A sword with Aqua-element energy that replaces the Navi's hand. Hilt contains a bubbling water chamber, sword has a jagged edge. It can be used to create waves of water when the user slashes into the air. It disappears when the Navi takes serious damage, even if the blade is unbroken.
Chip: Aqua Tower
Episodes: Axess 1, 4, 32, Movie
What It Does: User hits the ground with his/her hand, sending up first a small wave and then a massive pillar of water. The direct damage from the pillar itself is large, and Fire-element enemies must be mindful of the waves of water it leaves behind. Very good for crowd control, but hard to steer.
Chip: Black Hole
Episodes: Axess 1
What It Does: Creates a black hole at the top of the area, sucking in viruses.
Chip: Spreader/Spread Gun
Episodes: Axess 1, 4, 6, 12, 21, 23 (uncalled), 26, 31, Beast 5, 22
What It Does: A short, rotund gun replaces the Navi's hand. Fires many bursts of blue energy. Good for crowd control.
Chip: Area Steal
Episodes: Axess 2, 8, 23, 33, Stream 1, Beast 14, 22
What It Does: Teleports the user from one place in the area to another. Good for covering large distances fast and for evading enemies.
Chip: Panel Out
Episodes: Axess 2
What It Does: Opens up a hole next to the user in one area, allowing him/her to jump through it to another area. One would assume it only works in the Internet.
Chip: Met Guard
Episodes: Axess 2
What It Does: A giant Metool helmet materializes around the user. Any attacks that hit it are simply blocked.
Chip: Gold Fist
Episodes: Axess 2, 23
What It Does: Heavy-duty, golden armor forms over the user's hand and forearm. Blows dealt by the user become much stronger. Even though gold is a weak metal. yeah.
Chip: Boomerang
Episodes: Axess 2, 5, 27, 31, 33, Beast 4, 20, 21
What It Does: A gray holster with a sharp-edged, tan boomerang replaces the user's forearm. The boomerang can be thrown out of the holster, clearing out viruses in a row before returning to the user.
Chip: Wide Sword
Episodes: Axess 2, 12, 17, 21, 23 (uncalled), 25, 26, 29 (uncalled), Movie
What It Does: A blue-white sword with a blue base, gold (I don't know what to call them. Flares? Fins?) curving out at either side of the base, and a wide tip replaces the user's forearm.
Chip: Elec Sword
Episodes: Axess 3, 13, 14, 16, 18, 25, Beast 13
What It Does: A sword with Elec-element energy that replaces the Navi's hand. Hilt is hourglass-shaped and plain blue, sword is long and thin like a rapier. It disappears when the Navi takes serious damage, even if the blade is unbroken. When struck against the ground, it can send out electric waves for a short distance.
Chip: Cannon
Episodes: Axess 4, 33 (doesn't send)
What It Does: A turret-mounted cannon appears somewhere to the side of the battlers. It is aimed and fired by the Operator who sent it in.
Chip: Tornado
Episodes: Axess 4
What It Does: The user is enveloped in a huge tornado that can deal heavy damage.
Chip: Minibomb
Episodes: Axess 4, 18, 25
What It Does: A small blue bomb with a green stripe around the center appears in the user's hand. These bombs do light damage, but that doesn't mean they aren't versatile; in great numbers, they can be used to block attacks, and can be used to create a smokescreen when they explode.
Chip: Bamboo Sword
Episodes: Axess 4, 21, 26, Beast 1, 6
What It Does: A sword with Wood-element energy that replaces the Navi's hand. Green hilt, green-white blade. It disappears when the Navi takes serious damage, even if the blade is unbroken.
Chip: Single Bomb
Episodes: Axess 5
What It Does: It looks like a Minibomb. It acts like a Minibomb. Why couldn't they just call it a Minibomb?
Chip: Toppuu
Episodes: Axess 5
What It Does: A Wind Box appears in front of the user and blows out a huge blast of air. It can blow away most projectiles.
Chip: Mega Cannon
Episodes: Axess 5, Beast 1, 2, 20, 29
What It Does: Red cannon appears on the user's hand and fires a powerful shot.
Chip: Shotgun
Episodes: Axess 6, 10, 21, Beast 10
What It Does: A gun similar to the Rockbuster appears on the user's hand. It fires a flurry of blue buster shots that can destroy some projectiles.
Chip: Fumikomizan
Episodes: Axess 6, 21, 23, 25, Movie, Beast 14
What It Does: It seems to work like a glorified Area Steal. Netto slots in a Wide Sword prior, and nothing else appears on the other arm as he's teleported forward. In Axess 6, a sword automagically appears. Of course, 6 also has Netto actually running forward instead of teleporting in the enemy's face, so... He slots in an uncalled Sword in 21, too. In 23, a sword does appear automagically when this chip is called, and in 25, it forms a sword and teleports the user forward.
Chip: Sword
Episodes: Axess 7, 10, 17, 33 (doesn't send), Beast 9 (uncalled)
What It Does: A blue-and-white sword replaces the user's forearm. It slices! It dices! It purees! It even makes soup!
Chip: Kouri Hougan
Episodes: Axess 7, 9, 17, 19, 27, Beast 1 (flashback), 9
What It Does: An off-white ball with a blue stripe across the center appears in the Navi's hand. Freezes Navis like Bubbleman for years and years. Can also summon the blue variation of a Harudoboruzu (that... doesn't sound right) to spit out a blue ball (same shade as the blue stripe on Model 1).
Chip: Bamboo Lance
Episodes: Axess 7, 20, Movie, Beast 6
What It Does: It looks different depending on how much of a budget there is.
Movie budget: A few very nicely rendered CGI bamboo poles shoot out of the ground, impaling the enemy. They seem to come in at an angle toward one point, making it tricky to outmaneuver this form of Bamboo Lance.
Normal anime budget: A huge tangle of bamboo shoots spring out of the ground. Their spacing and angles are irregular, and their large number make this form of Bamboo Lance much more dangerous than the others.
No budget: A bunch of very closely-set bamboo shoots straight up out of the ground, hopefully impaling whoever's trying to stab/pounce on the user. However, the bamboo seems to be so close together that a Navi with good reflexes like Blues or Turboman would be able to stand on top of the attack if the chip name was called.
Chip: Killer Sensor
Episodes: Axess 7
What It Does: A mini Killer's Eye appears on the opponent's back. From there, the Operator's PET seems to display the tagged Navi's distance from the Operator.
Chip: Bubble Shot
Episodes: Axess 7, 9, 13, 24
What It Does: A stream of water shoots out (Plantman doesn't use a cannon, but on other Navis, it's a gun with a dark blue cylinder in the back and a light blue one in the front. The nozzle is black and narrow.) and explodes into foam on impact with an attack or object. It is super-effective against Fire-element Navis and viruses.
Chip: Magma Cannon
Episodes: Axess 7, 25
What It Does: A blocky, dark grey cannon with fins that curve out on each side replaces the user's forearm. It releases a massive torrent of heat.
Chip: High Cannon
Episodes: Axess 7
What It Does: Unlike Mega Cannon, it appears as an Operated turret.
Chip: Flame Sword
Episodes: Axess 8, 19, 27, Beast 2
What It Does: A sword with Heat-element energy that replaces the Navi's hand. Hilt is off-white with a gold, metallic rim, sword is yellow and of normal width. It disappears when the Navi takes serious damage, even if the blade is unbroken.
Chip: Fumikomi Cross
Episodes: Axess 8, 23, 32
What It Does: Noooo idea. Netto's already made a mock-Fumikomi Cross with Area Steal and the Flame and Aqua Swords before he calls this chip. Make up your minds whether you're gonna use this sort of chip for real or not, writers! -In 23, a sword does appear automagically when this chip is called. But... only one.
Chip: Mega Guts Punch
Episodes: Axess 9, Stream 1
What It Does: Enlarges the user's hand, allowing him/her to throw massive punches.
Chip: Aqua Blade
Episodes: Axess 9
What It Does: Blue-hilted sword with a metallic blade that emits a blue, laser-like light replaces the Navi's glove.
Chip: Tsunami
Episodes: Axess 9, 13, 19
What It Does: Gives the Operator the amazing ability to call this chip without moving his mouth. Giant wave of water crashes down on enemies. Good for crowd control, especially of the Fire variety.
Chip: Daifunsui
Episodes: Axess 9
What It Does: Wide wall of water shoots up in front of the user, acting as a shield.
Chip: Kanketsusen
Episodes: Axess 11, 30
What It Does: A bunch of water pillars shoot out of the ground and then crash down. Unlike Aqua Tower, they don't move.
Chip: Bubble Side
Episodes: Axess 11
What It Does: A blue gun appears on the user's hand. Fires a torrent of water that hits the side of whatever it's being aimed at.
Chip: Suikomi
Episodes: Axess 12
What It Does: A Wind Box appears and pulls enemies toward it by sucking in air. The user stands behind it.
Chip: Air Shoes

What It Does: he can fly, he can fly, he can fly, he can fly, he can flyyyyyyyy~
Chip: Triple Bomb

What It Does: Three Minibombs in one chip, what a bargain! I wish the writers would realize how boring and same-y bomb chips look.
Chip: Needle Machine

What It Does: The titular Needle Machine, a four-legged, buglike, green-armored virus with a red dome on top, appears and spits out a round of needles in three directions.
Chip: Iai Form
Episodes: Axess 14, 21, Beast 12
What It Does: The user gets a sword and goes flying through the air in a variety of cool poses, slicing up his nearby enemy.
Chip: Elec Blade
Episodes: Axess 15, 33
What It Does: A long, blue, cylindrical hilt with a metallic blade that emits yellow lightning. Chop, chop!
Chip: Bad Spice
Episodes: Axess 15
What It Does: Creates a Chamashu virus that releases a small cloud of sleeping gas.
Chip: Volcano Cannon
Episodes: Axess 16, 17, 23 (never actually gets fired)
What It Does: A black, blocky cannon with a face on the front (sort of like a jack-o-lantern's) replaces the Navi's forearm. Fires a lot of smoke and fire near the user and a ball of (lava? A rock?) that can travel far.
Chip: Whole Meteor

What It Does: A scepter with a green flame at the tip appears next to the Navi. Once he/she has the scepter in hand, the user can fire a beam of light into the skies, sending down meteors to rain below that point.
Chip: Heat Side

What It Does: A red gun replaces the Navi's glove. It fires a burst of flame.
Chip: Dash Condor
Episodes: Axess 15, 17, 21
What It Does: A Kiorushin appears, allowing the user to ride on top.
Chip: Warp Gun

What It Does: Allows the user to fire into different areas of the Internet than the one they're in currently. Dimensional Areas and other areas of substantiation count.
Chip: Air Storm

What It Does: Surrounds the user in a massive column of air, sort of like a tornado.
Chip: Bamboo Sword
Episodes: Axess 20, Beast 6
What It Does: A sword with Wood-element energy that replaces the Navi's hand. Green hilt, green-white blade. It disappears when the Navi takes serious damage, even if the blade is unbroken.
Chip: Kawarimi
Episodes: Axess 9, 20, Beast 2, 6, 12, 22
What It Does: Creates a copy that appears an exact duplicate of the user for a few seconds, then collapses into a small doll. Also reverts to doll form after getting hit by an attack. If there's enough time, the Kawarimi can also duplicate other Navis.
Chip: Variable Sword
Episodes: Axess 23 (uncalled), 24, Stream 1, Movie, Beast 1, 5 (uncalled), 13, 15 (uncalled)
What It Does: Presumably can use all the different attack forms of the games, though it's usually used for chucking Sonicbooms at people.
Chip: Heavy Gauge

What It Does: since when are there gauges in the anime? wtf? It only appears with...
Chip: Custom Sword

What It Does: The imaginary gauge powered up by Heavy Gauge maxes out this sword's power. Admittedly, with a purple core and orange blade, it does look pretty darn cool. The purple glows brighter the stronger the attack is.
Chip: Muramasa Blade

What It Does: Silver ninja sword forms on the user's arm. When the user's HP is low, it glows with red energy, and its strength is powered up.
Chip: Salamander

What It Does: User is surrounded by a freakin' awesome fire dragon thing. It is shown breaking powerful firewalls and protecting the user from molten lava. Your awesomeness chip for all occasions. (I am tempted to describe it ontd_startrek style, but we're not supposed to swear.)
Chip: Heavy Shake

What It Does: A huge, barbell-like weight appears in the user's hands. Has metallic properties. Gray center bar and weights with gold trim and blue squares on either edge.
Chip: Count Bomb

What It Does: A gray, squarish bomb with red firecracker-like cylinders on either side and a screen displaying the countdown time in green numbers appears at the enemy's feet.
Chip: Flame Tower

What It Does: Pillars of flame shoot from the ground.
Chip: Aqua Shot

What It Does: A purple gun with yellow squares around the outer edge of the hilt and a gray nozzle appears on the user's arm. In its center is a tank filled with water. When powered up by Aqua Soul, it fires a huge bubble of water that bursts into numerous powerful water jets.

What It Does: A flat, wide buster with a pink mouth appears on the user's arm. It fires a pressurized burst of water in an arc that is difficult to evade.
Chip: Super Vulcan

What It Does: Like a Vulcan, but with golden barrels and copper elsewhere. Works like a normal Vulcan, but it's SUPER.

What It Does: Tri-barreled machine gun replaces user's hand; it fires for a while, then goes away after running out of ammo.

What It Does: Looks a lot like a Wide Sword, but the fin thingies are silver, the hilt is yellow-orange, and the blade is yellow.
Chip: Dream Aura

What It Does: A cylinder of light surrounds the user that renders whatever's within undamageable. An attack causing extreme pressure can make the Navi holding it up drop it. Also appears as a purple glow and a half-sphere (21).
Chip: Samurai Sword
Episodes: Movie, Beast 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 14, 15, 16, 20, 22
What It Does: Katana replaces the Navi's hand, letting him/her slice n' dice. Stronger than a normal sword, capable of going toe-to-toe with Forte's Dark Arm Blades.
Chip: Recovery
Episodes: Movie
What It Does: It's supposed to recover Rockman to some extent, it even surrounds him with a purple aura, but it looks like it does jack. He's still unable to evade getting kicked around by Forte. Slot in an Area Steal or something first, Netto.
Chip: Z-Saber
Episodes: Beast 1, 3, 6, 13, 20
What It Does: Handheld (!) beam sword appears, presumably in midair, to be picked up and swung around by the Navi. Seems to last a long while, probably because it isn't solid and, one would guess, can't be broken like normal sword chips. Can throw Sonicbooms. In the hands of the right user it can clear out lots of viruses, and it probably has a lot of power.
Chip: Energy Bomb

What It Does: Black bomb with yellow bumps on it. Huge explosion. Good for crowd control.
Chip: Heat Shot

What It Does: Concentrated burst of flame (something resembling a hot coal hits Plantman?) shoots out of a dark red buster. Weed killer.
Chip: Senshahou

What It Does: A huge gray gun with a black cylinder where it replaces the user's glove. Fires a huge golden shot.
Chip: Magnum
Episodes: Beast 3
What It Does: Fires a triad of powerful orange shots.
Chip: Long Blade
Episodes: Beast 3, 12, Beast+ 4
What It Does: A long, pink sword with a gold hilt replaces the user's forearm. Chop, chop!
Chip: Gigant Hook

What It Does: The user's fists glow before firing blue energy at the target, which solidifies into Duo's fists.
Chip: Neo Variable
Episodes: Beast 4, 6, 12
What It Does: Triangular hilt, wide yellow blade with green edging and a large, triangular tip. It can be used as a normal sword, but it's mainly used for chucking Sonicbooms.
Chip: Aqua Whirl
Episodes: Beast 4, 9
What It Does: Surrounds the user in a waterspout that can tear through most obstacles.
Chip: Earthquake
Episodes: Beast 5
What It Does: Summons a Powarudo virus, a weight-like virus with a face and two stiff arms, to drop down.
Chip: Fuujin Racket
Episodes: Beast 6
What It Does: A big off-white fan with an orange frame replaces the Navi's hand, giving him/her the ability to shoot out a powerful gust of wind. Blows off fragile disguises like Bubbleman's foam.
Chip: Paralyze Bomb
Episodes: Beast 7
What It Does: Tiny gray bombs with hollow orange cylinders dotting them appear above the user, who can catch and throw them. Surrounds the target with electricity, immoblizing him; if large enough numbers hit, it'll knock him out completely.
Chip: Blind
Episodes: Beast 7
What It Does: A bright light shines from behind the user, temporarily blinding whatever's in front of him.
Chip: Bug Bomb
Episodes: Beast 7
What It Does: A black bomb with a cracked surface and green, pixel-like dots covering it appears above the user, who can catch and throw it. Black lightning escapes from it when it hits, crippling the target.
Chip: Wara Ningyou
Episodes: Beast 7
What It Does: A crude straw doll appears in front of the user. It absorbs attacks, then is surrounded by a green aura before it reflects them back at the target.
Chip: Kusamura Seed

What It Does: A green capsule with light green channels running through its center appears in the user's hands. When thrown, it coats the field in dark green grass and ensnares enemies in green, vine-like cables.
Chip: Air Wheel

What It Does: A turbine appears on the ground in front of the user and creates a blast of wind.
Chip: Drill Arm
Episodes: Beast 9 (I swear it showed up somewhere else and I just can't remember or find where. x_x)
What It Does: A spinning drill tip replaces the user's arm.
Chip: Meteor
Episodes: Beast 13
What It Does: Summons a staff (doesn't have to be held by the user) with a blue tip, which rains meteors down on the field.
Chip: Ryuseigun
Episodes: Beast 13, 22
What It Does: Also rains down meteors on the field, just minus the staff. Plus the staff, working just like Meteor, in 22.
Chip: Magma Seed
Episodes: Beast 16
What It Does: A red capsule with orange channels running through its center materializes in the user's hands. Creates a red flash in midair that can wipe out even Aqua-type attacks.
Chip: Aka Tsunami Hole
Episodes: Beast 16
What It Does: Sends a burst of water flying up from a nearby source.
Chip: Elec Reel
Episodes: Beast 16
What It Does: Sends out a quick blast of yellow electricity.
Chip: Custom Bolt

What It Does: A dark grey buster with light gray spikes and a yellow bar in the buster's center appears on the user's arm. Fires a powerful blast of yellow electricity.
Chip: Ice Wave
Episodes: Beast 18
What It Does: Sends out diamond-shaped shards of ice. Good for freezing stuff.
Chip: Machine Gun

What It Does: Dual-barreled machine gun with a light green sight and dark green body appears, taking up both the user's hands. Chap with the wings, five rounds rapid!
Chip: Corn Shot
Episodes: Beast 22
What It Does: A cartoonish ear of corn appears and shoots a burst of fast-moving, yellow kernels.
Program Advance: Zeta Cannon
Episodes: Axess 1, 10, 20, 27
What It Does: A blue, square cannon. It has five holes in its red front half. Many bursts of golden energy slice through whatever's in the Navi's path. Makes huge explosions.
Program Advance: Akuretsuzan
Episodes: Axess 14
What It Does: User charges in with a sparking Paladin Sword and slices the enemy into itty-bitty pieces.
Program Advance: Hyper Burst
Episodes: Axess 15, Beast 1, 3, 6, 13
What It Does: Netto's signature PA, it seems like he uses this all the freakin' time. Blue-white energy with crackly red and blue bits shoot out of it. It looks a lot like a blue flamethrower, really; the attack starts out looking small and concentrated, but is regularly shown to engulf enemies whole. The remnants of Z-Pharoahman's Copyroid are sporting blue flame and sparking.
Program Advance: Elemental Sword
Episodes: Axess 20, Stream 1
What It Does: A normal sword appears (Blues's default, in R-Blues's case) and delivers four powerful slashes.
Program Advance: Dream Sword
Episodes: Axess 27, Movie, Beast 1, 5, 13
What It Does: The Awesome Original, and Enzan's signature PA. The user holds a blue-white beam of energy with both hands and wields it like a sword.
Program Advance: Giga Cannon
Episodes: Axess 33, Stream 1, Movie, Beast 5
What It Does: Another of Netto's favorites, fired from a big blue cannon that replaces both of the user's forearms. Gigantic golden energy blast pretty much incinerates everything in sight.
Program Advance: Mugen Vulcan
Episodes: Beast 1, 11 (uncalled), 13, Movie
What It Does: Laika's signature PA. It's like a normal Vulcan, but bigger and stronger!
Program Advance: Giga Count Bomb
Episodes: Axess 9
What It Does: Gleaming Count Bomb appears in the user's hand, to be thrown wherever and cause a big explosion.
Program Advance: Zeta Fumikomi
Episodes: Axess 26
What It Does: User warps forward and delivers three slices with a Long Sword.

double post because chances are slim it would all fit in one post. Similar rules apply as with the chip list, only this goes through EXE as well. I'm almost certain I've missed something somewhere just because there was so much ground to cover, so feel free to tell me!
The Navis of Netto's friends don't always appear when their Operators do, and vice versa in Searchman's case, so they all get separate lists for Op and Navi. This is every appearance, big or small, though they have to either be there in person or in a flashback. Commercials or pictures don't count.
Netto: EVERYTHING... except Beast 18.
Rockman: EVERYTHING... except when he's deleted, in which case he's in flashbacks or in his floating symbol thing; or Beast 18, as I said above.
