You guys are so lucky. I still wanna meat up with the otarockman group.
But alas, I'm going to A-kon.

I have to be honest. there's very little animation to be excited about lately. But is anyone going? I'd sure like to meet up with someone.

i would gladly go, but i plan to stay in cali this summer and i am also content with anime expo...cali's anime convention.

Because i do plan on going to out of state conventions in a couple years...like Anizona, otakon, etc.

i know that this is a little off topic, but, from what i know anizona is better then AX. (unlike AX, if you cannot afford food while you are at anizona, the people at the food booths will give you food...)

Apparently A-kon has a shortage of AMVs for its contest this year, as stated in this post on AMV.org. So I'm thinking about entering. I won't be at the con itself, but it certainly cannot hurt to enter.
