I have questions about RX Armor. I know what it looks like, but what is it? What game was it in? Is it still X? Is it real? Should this be locked?

RX is Return X. The character only ever appears in the manga, and that's not canon. He's effectively X's dark side, but I'm sure somebody else can give you a far better description.

RX is the body of IX (Irregular X), who was made by Doppler. Basically, a Virus clone of X.
He was invented by the manga artist Hitoshi Ariga in a book called Rockman Remix.
He later appeared in a card set called Rockman MegaMission draw by Ariga that Capcom released.
Ariga also drew the original Rockman and Forte box.
I guess Capcom liked his RX story and design so much, they deicded to have a figure made.
