Mega Man 10

A few points if you don't wanna read the whole thing:

- Plot revolves around Megaman trying to find a vaccine for the "Robotenza" virus, that's causing robots to overheat.
- Three playable characters from the start. Megaman, Protoman and some mysterious third party.
- New robot master, Sheep Man. Fights with electricity and can transform in to storm clouds to attack.
- Mentions ice and fire stages, and a computer themed stage with mouse pointer enemies. There's also screens of some sort of cave and highway stages.
- Easy mode available.

There's nothing like a good throwback to the old days. Can't say it doesn't have my approval. Cool

But for the life of me I can't keep a straight face when I think of "Sheep Man" lol

It's quite funny that some fans go into a joyous tizzy when this is announced, after they had just pooped all over the EXE series for being "the same game, rehashed over and over." Razz

Ah well, that's the internet.

I still haven't managed to buy 9 yet. I love classic Megaman, but I think one 8-bit sequel was enough. Move on now! Smile

Give me some 2.5D action like MHX or some hand-drawn graphics.

So many rumors surrounding this game, and I have yet to get any real proof of them. I just hope it sells good in the future. Seriously, "Sheepman?" Other than wool creating electricity, what flipping idea did they use for his name!?

Well, that's different then what I thought when I heard commando. But that's armor that they wear and I think it might chafe.

There was also some comments on future revivals, remakes and the like:

They may do a 16 bit game once they've done everything they can with 8-bit.
X9 would be a possibility, but Inafune wants to do something completely different first.
Powered Up 2 is actually very likely, since they enjoyed working on Powered Up and are very interested in what they could do with MM2.

Malik-san is hilarious. And I like the idea of Sheepman just a little less then I like the idea of Splashwoman. Which is a lot. But no one got the joke I made about him or Commandoman ,,,(do).

This looks quite cool, but I really wish it was some 2.5D action.

I like the look of Commando Man. Still, Sheep Man is approaching the ridculous level. I can stick up for Slash Man and Shade Man and such not having real-world applications, because at that part in the story Wily had gone completely bonkers and was just making robots to kill stuff, but...SHEEP MAN?!
