Own that game and have beaten it. I agree with you. It's an awesome game. Excellent cast and story and extremely addictive with some of the characters in my opinion being some of the greatest RPG characters ever created. I plan on going to an anime convention dressed as Lloyd next week. |

There's already a topic about ToS (rather, Tales games in general) >here<.
The only Tales games I have played are Tales of Eternia, Destiny, and World: Narakiri Dungeon 2, so I can't really say anything about it yet. |

I've played and beaten both Tales of Eternia and Tales of Symphonia. Both have similar themes in them: Two worlds, summon spirits, game play. Though I do believe I enjoyed Tales of Eternia more. I found a few things in Symphonia too predictable. And Tales of Eternia was made into a miniseries based right before you'd start on disc 2. It's like a mini story within the larger game story. Both games are great and I'd like to seem some of the other Tales games come out here. Perhaps Tales of Phatasia could come out on the PSP.
I was also told that Tales of Eternia will be rereleased on the PSP. But I'm not totally sure about that. _________________ I'm not crazy, but my imaginary friend is. |

It's for the PS1. I haven't seen any used copies yet, but you might get lucky. Perhaps ebay. _________________ I'm not crazy, but my imaginary friend is. |

You know that was kinda a mean insult, or at least I think it was, but Fantasia was a Disney movie right? _________________ Formely ReploidSniper303

I think he was only trying to point out the fact that you weren't exactly adding anything to the conversation.
Yes Fantasia was a Disney movie.
There is also a game called Tales of Phantasia.
They are not related. (or, I'm fairly certain they're not. I've never actually played it)

Yeah it was. But how is that realivent. It's obvious they're different, 'Ph' is pretty different looking than 'F'.
ToS is great! Personally I like most other "Tales" more than this... Like Phantasia, Destiny, Rebirth, and Eternia (Zan was right T.T;. I forgot how good it was...). _________________

I played it because I gave it to my friends as a birthday present but then borrowed it....I haven't played Super Mario and the thousand year door and other good NGC RPG games but so far Tales of Symphonia is one of the best RPG (or best) game I have ever played. The graphics are awesome, cut scenes too, and so is the battle system. For some reason, it reminds me of Super Smash Brothers Melee. This game is, however, almost impossible to beat unless you have 3 other players, or else the comp is almost impossible to beat the bosses for you. This is the reason why I can't beat the 3 fairies thing, and then returned it to my friend and never played it again. _________________

I beat it alone with very little trouble (atleast, battle-wise) >.> _________________ Greatness is achieved through the pursuit of greatness. |
