Original EXE Bug Style/Gospel Music... Library Music?

Hey, so I remembered... that a long time ago, about the time that Axess was airing I think... there was a news post with some american football or rugby sport type of thing which used some original Rockman EXE background music. Does anyone remember that? I actually found it in the archive:

Second of all, with the upcoming broadcast of the second season of Megaman NT Warrior, we decided to give a sneak peak as to what KidsWB has decided to do with the BugStyle scene:

Obviously, this is not NT Warrior. However it IS real! On the latest football show on HBO, the background music from episode 51 was played. Interesting, ne? Special thanks to Heat Man from Planet Mega Man for sharing this video, and hosting it as well!

However, the video isn't available anymore. If that company used that music... it was probably sold off as Library Music, or at least licenced it to HBO. That means that music is somewhere AVAILABLE. Also, I remember this music being featured in a Robot Chicken episode as BGM but I can't find the clip (I'm not a regular Robot Chicken watcher I'm afraid). Maybe we can find out what company licences the music and maybe it's even possible to actually obtain it.

Just an idea, but maybe if we track down that Robot Chicken clip and e-mail those guys they could give us a clue.
