I don't remember much about Rockman BGMs, since most of the time, I focus only on the game and nothing more. Once in a while, I will recognize and remember a BGM or two.

Original: Elecman, Skullman, that boss with the one eye that moves back and forth...
Legends: Bruno, Denise's theme, ending of Legends 2...
EXE: The fight with Gospel...

I can't answer X, since I really don't remember a BGM there. Same goes for Zero...

I'm not big on listing every single freakin' game, so I'll just list some of my favorites:

Classic: Metal Man, Cut Man, Bubble Man, Shadow Man, Skull Man, Napalm Man, Frost Man to name a few.

X: Intro stage to MMX, Blizzard Buffalo, Gravity Beetle, Flame Stag.

Zero: Departure, Supreme Leader, End music to MMZ2 (Which is sorta like Departure.)

Those are some. Listing all would take a while.
