Laserman doesn't fight very often, but that doesn't mean he isn't extremely powerful: because he is. Laserman is commanded by the notorius Dr. Regal, a great scientist who seems to have exclusive ties to Dr. Wily. Dr. Regal runs the Dark Chip Syndicate, which is called Nebula.

Laserman is absolutely ruthless when dealing with his enemies. Expect no mercy from him!
