Topman Topman is a very odd behaviored navi, who belongs to an older gentleman named Tensuke. These two old timers act just like each other, right down to their very stubborn attitudes and their love for tops. Topman isn't very bright when it comes to net battling, which may be a result from Tensuke not knowing much himself about the game and its rules. Tensuke only net battles so that he can have something to enjoy with his grandson, Kousuke. However, both himself and Topman become determined to learn how to net battle the right way, so that he can prove himself a decent opponent to play against. (IE: Kousuke won't think him to be an idiot.)

Topman's head is HUGE. XD Rockman looks so tiny when he is standing next to him.
