Revive! Rockman! (Megaman Lives!) Japanese Air Date: 8-26-02 American Air Date: n/a Just after the gang finally finds Rockman, Pharoahman intervenes and sends him falling into a black pit! Roll, Glyde and Iceman barely escape the collapsing cavern after Gutsman sacrifices himself to hold the falling bricks up. Once back outside, they find themselves confronted once again by Pharoahman. However, Wily's army has finally arrived! They order Pharoahman to surrender and serve Wily, or to be destroyed. Unfortunately Pharoahman does not like to be threatened, and destroys the entire army in one attack. Pharoahman and viruses on the Network begin turning Navi's into stone, including Roll, Glyde, Iceman, Skullman and Woodman! But one question remains, what has happened to Rockman, and where is Blues?! Be prepared for a very exciting and thrilling final episode of this first season. You won't be dissappointed! Ryouko's Note: This episode marks the end of the first season! Remarkably, the dub version actually stays pretty true to the original, hardly any footage or dialouge was changed at all. A nice surprise. :) Edits in the English Version: Woodman vibrating as he's struck by the Anubis' stone attack is cut out. Blues' sword is censored when attacking viruses while on his way to Pharoahman's pyramid, likewise when he's fighting Pharoahman himself. When Rockman finally returns, he originally did not speak until he addresses Blues. In the dub, he begins to speak right away when he fires his buster at Pharoahman. Again, the Beta Sword program advance is not named in the dub. Just a funny note, when Blues and Rockman are talking after Pharoahman's defeat, there's a miscolor on Blues' helmet. ^_^; Seems they forgot to color in part of the red! Dr. Wily originally wanted to capture Pharoahman, so that he could break apart his data and analyze him. In exhange, he would unleash Pharoahman's full power and use it on the entire world, so long as the ultimate net navi served him. In the dub, he simply wants to use Pharoahman as a weapon of destruction. Stoneman's 'Stone Cube' attack is changed to 'Rock Cube' Heat Guts keeps its original name in the dub. Overhead shot of Wily's hideout smoking is cut out.
