Calling on Colonel! Japanese Air Date: 11-20-04 American Air Date: n/a Character Introductions: Colonel Style Change: Cross Fusion (Netto & Enzan) In the middle of an Ameroupean desert, a gigantic explosion occurs. The result of the explosion causes terror among the scientists working nearby, who experience visions of gigantic viruses attacking them! Not only that, but they are viruses thought to be extinct long ago. Netto, Enzan, Manabe, and Yuuichirou head to Ameroupe in an attempt to solve the mystery. When they arrive, Rockman and Blues are sent to the explosion site via unmanned vehicles in order to investigate. However, in the cyber world they are attacked by the extinct viruses! With no operators to help them, they find themselves in a pinch. Rockman and Blues are then rescued by a Navi who declares himself to be Colonel. But then, the old type viruses subtantiate in the real world and begin to attack there as well! Colonel orders Rockman and Blues to return to their operators, so they can use Cross Fusion and save everyone. After the incident is resolved, Yuuichirou considers whether or not the explosion may have had something to do with Duo. Enzan decides to stay in Ameroupe, leaving Netto to protect their home country of Japan alone. Enzan is then also marked by the Crest of Duo.
