Colonel of Beyondard We knew we would be seeing this guy again in Beast, due to his appearance in the opening sequence. While the Barrel of Beyondard is nearly the exact same as his Earth resemblance, Colonel couldn't be any more different. Barrel asks the Tadashi Hikari of Beyondard to remove all emotional data from Colonel's system. Due to the extremity of the war against Greiga and Falzer, Barrel does not want such feelings like love or compassion to hold Colonel back from following any orders. As such, this version of Colonel has a little less personality than the Colonel Rockman used to know back in his own world. Colonel's emotional data was not completely lost, but rather remodeled in such a way as to keep it safe until it is ever needed again. Its secret is certainly a spoiler, so we'll let you discover it for yourselves. ;)
