Barrel A complete military man who does things for the sake of being rightous, Barrel will do anything to make sure a fellow citizen or friend remains safe and sound. Barrel is closely intertwined with the storyline of the Movie, which was released in March of 2005. In the tv series storyline, he lives in the past, 20 years prior to Netto's current timeline. This sounds rather confusing, but as you watch the series, it should make a little more sense (or not). Unfortunately, Barrel passes away in Episode 8 of Stream, at the young age of 50 (in Netto's timeline, which means he is 30 in the past). Barrel operates the rather strong and determined net navi called Colonel, whose strength is quite impressive. Barrel seems to know more about Duo than he lets on - but that's a mystery to be revealed later.

Barrel is the definition of badass. I hope we get to see more of this guy as Stream progresses.
