 Welcome artists to the Rockman.exe Online Oekaki Board! We are very happy that you decided to share your talents with us. In order to make sure that everyone has an enjoyable time, we ask that you follow these very simple rules: -- Please spend at least 30 minutes on your drawing. We will understand if you are new to oekaki and cannot draw very well, but stick figures or lack of effort will not be tolerated, and your submission will be deleted. -- Any safety saves under 30 minutes time will also be deleted, no exceptions. Also, anyone caught letting their computer sit just so the counter clock will run will be banned. -- If you are going to draw an artwork that is not suitable for younger eyes, please mark your piece with the "Adult" flag when posting your comment. If you cannot view adult pictures and would like to see them, you must enter "Administration" and edit your profile, and make sure the "Adult Picture" checkbox is marked. -- Due to the board being flooded with random pictures and nonsense art, we have turned to being a Rockman-only theme. Any art that is not related to any of the Rockman series' in some way will immediatly be deleted. Fan-characters related to Rockman will be allowed, but you must give a full description of your character when you do so. -- When posting a reply to someone else's artwork, please be considerate and do not flame them. There is a big difference between giving a helpful critique and being just plain rude. You will be banned from the Oekaki if we see you insulting other artists for no reason. That is all!
